The Role

The Warehouse Coordinator is a hands-on, active position that blends warehouse operations with light coordination responsibilities. You’ll be the key link between our office, Project Managers, and field crews — making sure materials and equipment are received, organized, and where they need to be, when they need to be there. This is the right fit for someone who is organized, communicates well, takes ownership of their environment, and understands that what happens in the warehouse directly impacts what happens on the job site.

What You’ll Do

• Receive incoming material deliveries, verify orders against purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, and inspect for damage
• Store materials in designated areas and deliver receiving paperwork to the office promptly
• Pull stock materials for new and ongoing projects as directed by Project Managers and Foremen
• Receive and organize returned materials when projects demobilize; coordinate with the office on restocking or vendor returns
• Maintain an organized tool room and equipment log, tracking check-out, check-in, and condition of all company tools and equipment
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Coordinate repairs for tools, vehicles, and equipment that cannot be handled in-house
• Maintain active communication with Project Managers, office staff, and Foremen to ensure materials and equipment are available as scheduled
• Perform occasional material pickups and deliveries to job sites as directed
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently for material handling

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, trades, or materials-handling environment preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack; certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic mechanical aptitude — comfortable using hand tools and small power tools
• Ability to read and verify purchase orders and packing slips
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in receiving and inventory tasks
• Clear, professional communication with office staff and field crews
• Prior experience in an electrical, mechanical, or construction supply environment a plus
• Familiarity with common electrical materials, conduit, wire, and fittings a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle for occasional pickups and deliveries

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 hourly (non-exempt)

Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.
