As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), you will deliver meaningful, evidence-based care in a fully remote setting while building strong relationships with children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

This is a fully remote telehealth role with structured sessions and caregiver involvement, not a traditional outpatient setting .

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. We focus on helping children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through individualized, child-centered care delivered through telehealth and caregiver-guided interventions.

Your Role:

  • Deliver personalized pediatric physical therapy through a fully remote telehealth model
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for an onsite Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supporting patient care
  • Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence
  • Provide virtual coaching and education to parents and caregivers to support carryover in the home environment
  • Utilize engaging, play-based strategies adapted for virtual sessions
  • Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team members in a virtual team environment
  • Participate in ongoing clinical development and peer collaboration

Requirements

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license required or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapy
  • Pediatric experience required
