Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine experience preferred; candidate must be comfortable treating ortho and sports med patient populations.
- Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and see 1214 patients per day; experience with scheduling that includes follow-up double-booking preferred.
- Must not be a PTA; position requires a licensed Physical Therapist.
- New graduates not accepted; first-time travelers are acceptable.
- Ability to obtain any facility-required approvals for overtime prior to working OT.

- Shift type: 8-hour day shifts.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by director.
- Patient population: Orthopedics / Sports Medicine.
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 1214 patients per day; follow-up double-booking expected.
- Travel team option: This clinic participates in a travel team model within the region.
- Floating: Candidate is not required to float to other clinics.
