This large university hospital operates as a comprehensive academic medical center providing specialized pediatric hematology/oncology services. Responsibilities include managing 16-17 patients per shift, conducting patient rounds, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team including other pediatric hematology/oncology physicians, advanced practice providers, and registered nurses. The position requires board certification in pediatric hematology/oncology and utilizes Epic EMR for all patient documentation and care coordination.
