The clinician will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care in a clinic setting managing 15-18 patients daily Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinating ongoing care with a multidisciplinary support team. The position involves working as a solo physician with support from 3 advanced practice providers, registered nurses, and 3 medical assistants to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Documentation requirements include utilization of Cerner EMR system for all patient records and treatment planning activities.
