Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The clinic has been serving the New Hope, PA community since 1969 and is known for combining high-quality veterinary care with heartfelt, personal service, treating both pets and their families with compassion and attention to detail. The practice provides care for small animals in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment, with a focus on same-day appointments and emergency support.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The clinic currently has two DVMs and a strong support staff. Scheduling is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will practice full-spectrum veterinary medicine, including routine wellness, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and emergency care. Candidates will join a team that values empathy, continuity of care, and building trust with clients over time. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, compassionate client communication, and collaboration with an experienced veterinary team.

The clinic is AAHA-accredited since 1978, maintaining rigorous standards of care, team training, and pain management protocols. It is equipped with cutting-edge tools, including an in-house lab, advanced imaging, diagnostics, and an online pharmacy to ensure seamless care. The clinic prioritizes same-day appointments and flexible, client-focused service, delivering a professional yet welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Team
The practice currently employs two DVMs supported by an experienced support staff. The culture emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and providing compassionate care, allowing veterinarians to thrive while delivering exceptional medical service.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
