Schedule Options: IV Lead Pharmacist (1st shift): Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, flexible IV Staff Pharmacist (2nd shift): Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, flexible Key Responsibilities: Review and verify medication orders for safety, proper dosage, interactions, and administration Provide professional recommendations for therapy adjustments to physicians and nursing staff Manage and maintain comprehensive customer medical and clinical records Address and resolve medication-related inquiries Communicate effectively with healthcare team members in client facilities Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring quality and accuracy Maintain controlled drug registers and uphold legal compliance and security standards Participate in on-call duties as needed Qualifications and Experience: Valid Ohio pharmacist license required (in-hand) IV certification strongly preferred Experience with controlled substances and narcotics management Proven ability to collaborate with medical and nursing staff in healthcare settings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Location: Westerville, Ohio This is a direct hire position with a competitive hourly rate based on experience in the range of $60.00 to $65.00.
