Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams. Required Endocrine/Metabolic Skills/Experience: IV insulin protocols, Titration of insulin drips. Feeding tube care and management experience required. Experience with patients with Renal failure required. Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin Protocols, Titrate Vasoactive drips. Required Neurological/Psychiatric Case Skills/Experience: CVA. Experience with Total Joint Replacements required. Required Respiratory Skills/Experience: External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management. Required Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.

Preferred Skills/Experience:Community Hospital Experience Preferred.

Shift & Scheduling:Will work every other weekend.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
