Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.
Required Credentials:- Last four (4) digits of clinicians SSN and middle initial required for submission- Candidate must understand OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and produce a negative drug screen for all panels
Special Requests:- Requested time off must be included with submission
Shift & Scheduling:- Every 3rd weekend- Holiday rotation; every 3rd holiday- No call
Floating Requirements:- On occasion
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Drivers license required for submission
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
