Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Required Skills/Experience:

At least 2 years of RN M/S experience

General M/S skillset: Traches, Chest Tubes, read/interpret cardiac rhythm strips, Lasix gtts, Insulin gtts, Heparin gtts, wound vacs

Unit/Facility Details: Parking is free.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Rotation: Every other

On Call, Call Back Requirements: None

Holiday Requirements: 2 major holidays as needed

Floating Requirements: Floating to all Med/Surg inpatient departments.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
