Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinicians claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Skills/Experience: EOW, EOH; Telemetry background required (read tele); at least 2 yrs of med/surg experience

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID req for sub

Floating Requirements: may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

5 days maximum time off

2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission

Proof of identification required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
