A well-established, modern dental practice in Thousand Oaks is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Our office provides cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry in a professional, patient-focused environment. We are proud to be the official dental office of the Los Angeles Rams and are known for delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday Friday

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of general and cosmetic procedures
• Take digital X-rays and dental impressions
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols
• Ensure instruments and materials are properly organized
• Help patients feel comfortable and informed during their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with tracking lab cases
• Work closely with the clinical team to maintain an efficient workflow
• Contribute to a positive and professional office environment

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience
• X-Ray Certification required
• California RDA license preferred
• Experience with 4-handed dentistry and infection control procedures
• Familiarity with digital imaging; Dentrix experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a professional chairside manner
• Ability to commute to Thousand Oaks, CA 91360

Pay & Compensation
$25 $34 per hour depending on experience
Higher pay may be available for RDA credentials and advanced experience
