The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides telehealth services in combination with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM). The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, remote position 40 hours - 5 days/week . Must be licensed in any compact state. Must also be willing to obtain PTA licensure in other states.

What Youll Need:

Physical Therapist Assistant License

Minimum of two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience

Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred

What Youll Do:

Uses digital platform to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development.

Performs Telehealth majority of the time and also Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and monitoring.

Works closely and supports operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and staffing needs.

Performs physical therapy RTM monitoring and treatment in accordance with standards of practice established.

Communicates with the primary treating clinician providing revisions in treatment as appropriate.

Develops regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services.

Serves as a liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services at CORA.

Maintains regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics.

Participates in program development and marketing efforts as directed by the Director of Digital Health.

Completes other job duties as outlined by the Director of Digital Health.

Maintains standards of professional and ethical practice according to APTA Guidelines in the full scope of physical therapy services.
