Position: Physical Therapist

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Shifts: Days

Pay: Excellent Rate that includes Hourly + Housing & Travel Stipend (for travelers)

What We’re Looking For:

-Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) New Grads Accepted!

-Current BLS/CPR Certification, or ability to obtain

-Current TB test/results

-Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

-Team Player with a Positive Attitude: We value camaraderie and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Administer physical care and treatments to patients with various conditions.

-Assess and monitor patients' status, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

-Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

-Educate patients and families.

-Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
