TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking an experienced CUSTODIAL LEAD for an educational customer in the Greater Cincinnati /Blue Ash area. Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, oversee a team of experienced custodians, and be able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidates will have commercial cleaning supervisory experience and will have reliable transportation to work. Schedules: 2:30pm to 11pm M-F ($19/$22 per hour). Come join an amazing team in a growing company!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performedMaintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properlyClean and sanitize restroomsDust and clean hard surfacesVacuum, sweep, mop floors - including stairs, hallways, and commons areasClean and vacuum carpetsEmpty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpsterWipe down doors and clean glass if applicableSupport laundry facility functionPeriodic special facility team projectsRestock suppliesOther tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Commercial janitorial requiredExperience supervising a cleaning team in a commercial settingKeen eye for detail, and ability to develop an efficient cleaning programAbility to self-manage and perform essential duties dailyExcellent time management and communication skillsCommitment to completing work daily to support customer operationsMust be able to pass background checks, drug screening
