About Foundation Housing
Foundation Housing develops, designs, renovates, and operates residential properties with a long-term ownership mindset.
We do not flip projects — we build, operate, and continuously improve the communities ourselves.
We focus on student housing and are committed to elevating the daily living experience through disciplined design and construction execution.
We are vertically integrated across development, construction, and property management under one roof. We use technology to plan, schedule, document, and refine our builds. We track performance. We analyze maintenance data. We build systems, not just projects.
Our construction division is expanding rapidly as we scale from 300 beds to 3,000 beds over the next 3–5 years.
This is not a short-term crew build. This is the foundation of a scalable, disciplined, technology-enabled construction operation.
Those who help build this correctly — with standards, leadership, and output — will have significant opportunity for advancement, responsibility, and financial upside as we grow.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most construction companies:
Run job to job without long-term structure
Accept chaos and inconsistency
Tolerate low standards
Treat turnover as normal
We are building something different.
We are building:
A disciplined, reliable crew
Clear standards and expectations
Strong leadership on site
Technology-supported planning and scheduling
Long-term opportunity — not just the next job
As we scale from 300 to 3,000 beds, early team members who perform will have first access to leadership roles, increased compensation, and expanded responsibility.
