Experience:

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: RNs required to titrate drips: Insulin, Heparin, Levophed, set rate: Amiodarone.

Preferred Skills/Experience: ER experience.

Required Credentials:

• Required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Unit and facility details: Experience in critical access facilities is appreciated.

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend plus holiday rotation.

Floating Requirements: Float to ER to help, not the first to float depending on staffing that day, but flexibility appreciated.

Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.

Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
