Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm, Call: 1:4
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Scope: general adult behavioral health unit= 30 beds split between 2 physicians
State Licensure: New York
Requirements: Board Certified, Advance Cardiac Life Support
