Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide meaningful telehealth care for adult individuals and couples, managing weekly sessions and ongoing treatment
• Conduct initial intakes, treatment plans, and complete SOAP notes
• Proactively manage scheduling and cancellations through our integrated EHR platform.
• Maintain a private, quiet space to conduct therapy sessions
• Participate in biweekly peer counseling sessions and monthly professional development workshops

Essential Requirements:

• Licensed to practice Mental Health in New York (LMHC, LMHC-D)
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity, driven by a genuine passion for therapy and the healing process
