We are seeking a skilled Insulation Project Estimator to join our team in Dacono, CO. As an Insulation Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our insulation projects. Daily Responsibilities:

• Help set appointments for customers requesting insulation
• Identify and measure the exact quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project by inspecting the subject property (including taking pictures of the job area)
• Prepare estimates for insulation projects
• Create pre-service checklist
• Collaborate with the team on project requirements
• Develop scope of work and work with the customers to obtain project approval
• Collect deposits from customers and schedule jobs

Required Skills:

• No experience required but insulation experience is preferred
• People person with confidence and a positive demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious attitude with the ability to understand strategic objectives and the tactical goals to get there
• Many customers have dogs so you must be able to work around dogs

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in construction
• Proficiency in Housecall Pro
• Knowledge of structural design and building construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong skills in scope development and bidding
• Drywall repair skills is desireable

Salary and Benefits:
