We are actively seeking experienced James Hardie siding subcontractor crews to partner with us on projects ranging from single-family homes and small repairs to large apartment and multi-family communities.

We are looking to build long-term relationships with professional, organized crews that take pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and reliability.

Project Scope

• Full James Hardie siding installations

• Siding repairs and partial replacements

• Residential homes and developments

• Multi-family and apartment communities

Consistent work available for qualified crews.

Subcontractor Requirements

• Proven experience installing James Hardie fiber cement siding

• Valid contractor license (if required by state/local regulations)

• General liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)

• Workers' compensation coverage (or exemption documentation)

• Crew size between 5–20 installers

• English-speaking crew leader or on-site supervisor

• Strong communication and scheduling coordination

• Proper tools and equipment for fiber cement installation

• Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and building codes

• Strict adherence to safety standards

• Clean and organized job sites

• On-time project completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-story or large multi-family projects

• Ability to read blueprints and scopes of work

• Trim, soffit, fascia, and exterior finish carpentry skills

• Efficient production rates while maintaining quality standards
