NOW HIRING: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — PartTime, 1:1 Client

About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for a client in a homebased setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys individualized care, consistent scheduling, and meaningful client relationships.

Schedule

• Parttime position

• 2–3 days per week

• Daytime hours (morning–afternoon)

• Flexible scheduling available

‍ Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 skilled nursing care

• Monitor vital signs and overall health status

• Administer medications per provider orders

• Assist with diabetic management (insulin pump experience preferred)

• Document care accurately and timely

• Communicate effectively with family and interdisciplinary team

• Support client safety, independence, and quality of life

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license

• Experience with insulin pumps and diabetes management (preferred but not required)

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
