Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Trach Experienced

Schedule: Evening & Overnight Shifts Available

Hours: 16hour case (can be split between 2 nurses)

About the Case

Rayrac Healthcare Services is seeking experienced LPNs to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for a client in Conyers with tracheostomy care needs. The case is authorized for 16 hours daily, and we are hiring for:

• Evening Shift (8 hours)

• Overnight Shift (8 hours)

Nurses may choose one shift or split coverage with another nurse.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home

• Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management

• Monitor respiratory status and report changes promptly

• Administer medications per provider orders

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Support a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment

• Communicate effectively with family and care team

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

• Trach experience required

• CPR certification (current)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism

Compensation

• $30–$34 per hour, based on experience and competency
