Join Our Team as a Relief Pharmacist at Towncrest Pharmacy

Are you a skilled pharmacist looking to make a difference in the Iowa City and surrounding communities? Towncrest Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to join our team and provide exceptional prescription services, medication management, immunizations, and health consultations. As a Relief Pharmacist at Towncrest Pharmacy, you will work at all 5 of our locations to provide coverage as needed. We have locations in Iowa City, Solon, Marengo, New Hampton, and Marengo.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide medication therapy management and ensure medication safety
• Offer drug information and counseling to patients
• Manage pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Administer immunizations and provide patient care

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Immunization certification
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions and compounding
• Experience in clinical pharmacy operations and medication safety
