Daily Responsibilities:

• Retrieve, pour, count, label, reconstitute, and compound prescription medications
• Access and input information through the Pharmacy's computer network to maintain accurate records
• Create accurate prescription and compounding labels
• Obtain refill authorizations from prescribers
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, prescribers, and other healthcare providers

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and transcribe pharmaceutical information
• Organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills to operate Pharmacy management software
• High school diploma or equivalency
