RDA or DA Back Office

All Kids Dental Group in Menifee, CA is seeking a dedicated RDA or DA to join our team. Our practice provides pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, which makes each day unique and rewarding. We are looking to add a friendly, skilled RDA or DA who is a team player and who enjoys being around children of all ages, adults with special needs, and who is comfortable communication with patients and their parents. As part of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and compassionate environment that prioritizes the well-being of our patients. Our ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, an excellent communicator, self-motivated, has a positive attitude, can take direction, and who works well with others. A candidate who has worked in a pediatric dentistry office is preferred. We are willing to train. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist chairside for our pediatric dentists, including charting
• Provide coronal polishing and fluoride varnish placement
• Take radiographs and extraoral photos
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and appliance maintenance
• Complete in-office lab cases 
• Sterilize instruments
• Create and follow up on lab tracking for in-office and outside lab cases
• Clean and maintain operatories and lab
• Help keep operatories stocked with supplies
• May occasionally assist front office staff with answering phones and making simple appointments 

Must Have Skills:

• Current RDA license or if a DA  the California Radiation Safety (x-ray) Certificate is needed as well as a Coronal Polishing Certificate
• Current BLS certification
• Reliable transportation
• Currently eligible to work in the US (I-9)
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skills

Technical Skills Desired:

• Dentrix Ascend knowledge
• Typing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• iTero scanning experience / wet impression experience
• Four-handed dentistry
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)

Our pediatric dentists are Board Certified pediatric dentists who have over 60 years of combined experience in pediatric dentistry. We are a FFS office which does take selected PPO insurance.
