Unit Highlights:
- Two 16-bed adult inpatient units with telemetry and continuous pulse oximetry monitoring
- A prime environment to grow into an expert surgical nurse
- Develop advanced post-operative assessment and critical-thinking skills

As part of this dynamic team, you will care for patients recovering from:
- General Surgery (eg, colon resections, cholecystectomies)
- Complex ENT surgeries (eg, neck dissections with flaps)
- Bariatric procedures (gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy)
- Urologic surgeries (prostatectomy, bladder resection)
- Reconstructive plastic surgery (including DIEP flaps)
- Hepatobiliary surgery (including Whipple procedures)
- and many other highly specialized surgical interventions
Key Responsibilities ?
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to?complex. You will? identify ?current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically?analyze?trends and changes in patient status and?plan? appropriate interventions ?directly or indirectly through other nurses.?
