Experience:

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months

Requirements:

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Will not take first time travelers. Will consider first time travelers if their primary experience is Resource Pool/FP.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year recent MS experience in a busy large hospital, min 200 beds.
• Experience working in very fast paced hospital with 250+ beds

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous float pool experience.

Required Credentials:

• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.

Unit/Facility Details: Ratios: 1:4-5 from 7a-11p & 1:5-6 from 11p-7a

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements: Willing float within MedSurg Cluster and between campuses in Fargo.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Drivers license required for submission
