Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure high standards of care
• Develop and implement care plans for residents
• Coordinate with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Manage nursing budgets and resources
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Required Skills:

• Experience in nursing management
• Strong care planning and assessment skills
• Knowledge of medical surgical and acute care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in post-anesthesia care unit
• Knowledge of trauma nursing core course
• Neonatal resuscitation program certification
• Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing
• Licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse
