Our client, a leading global organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and onboarding of early career talent. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive hiring environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Pay Range: $60k -$70k and up

What's the Job?

  • Manage intern and co-op program recruitment end-to-end for the US business.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate assessments for candidates.
  • Ensure compliant post-assessment record retention and documentation.
  • Develop, track, and analyze early career candidate flow metrics.
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of pre- and post-offer activities, including offer letter generation, onboarding documentation, background checks, and candidate communications.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and business integrity principles.
  • Proactive approach to utilizing resources and tools to meet HR process deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance with campus timelines.
  • Working familiarity with WorkDay or comparable applicant tracking systems.
