Position Overview:
The firm is seeking an Assessment Recovery Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its growing team. This role focuses on representing homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations in the recovery of delinquent assessments, such as HOA fees.
Qualifications:
1+ years of legal experience required
Experience in HOA or condominium association assessment recovery preferred
Experience in bankruptcy law and/or creditor-side collections accepted
Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in OH.
