Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed.

No current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Peds-Vapotherm experience.

Required Credentials: Current/Active Drivers License or government-issued form of identification.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Nights or rotating days and nights if preferred.
• Weekends to be discussed.
• On call for scheduled shifts based on departmental and hospital needs.

Floating Requirements: Must be comfortable floating to General Med Surg.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program 8th Edition)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
