As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Monitoring and managing patient conditions, including administering drips such as magnesium, insulin, and pitocin
• Assisting with C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and triage
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Floating across all campuses as needed

Requirements for this role include:

• Active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
• Minimum of 24 months of current Med Surg/Medical Surgical/Med Surg Tele experience
• Completion of at least one travel assignment in the past 12 months
• Experience in mother-baby care and labor & delivery
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN
• Ability to work every 3rd weekend, including holiday rotation if scheduled
