Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Experience administering heparin

Experience administering cardizem

Experience administering amiodarone

Proficiency in caring for neurology patients

Proficiency in caring for oncology patients

24 months of current med surg / medical surgical / oncology / neurology experience

Preferred Credentials: NIHSS: Can be obtained during onboarding

Unit / Facility Details: References: Charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of todays date

Special Requests: Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code

Will accept first time travelers; must have minimum of 18 months nursing experience in hospital/medical center setting

Shift & Scheduling: No Call

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Holiday rotation

Floating Requirement: Will float between Med Surg & Stepdown

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Drivers license required for submission
