This position works with children who are survivors of childhood abuse. New Alternatives is a Trauma Informed Care facility who believes in putting an end to the generational cycle of abuse.

Shifts Available:

• F/T Shift: Mon, Tues, Wed, (12-8) Sat & Sun (9-5)

• P/T Shift: Saturday & Sunday 8:30-5pm

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• 6 months experience working with children (volunteer work is acceptable)

• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License, proof of automobile insurance and have access to reliable automobile

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide support to the child and family during court ordered visitation

• Assist in transportation of youth

• Establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with the child and family

• Accurate case documentation of services provided

• Computer literate; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications

• Work as part of a team

Full Time- $42,500 yearly

Part Time- $22 per hour
