Our company is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join our team in San Juan Capistrano, CA. As a leading general contracting and design-build firm, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment and attachments such as skid steers, mini-ex, loader, and reachlift
• Trenching, Backfill and Compaction, Grading, Auger Drilling, Breaker, and Saw Cutting 
• Site water truck operation
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance
• Various site work when not operating
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in operating various equipment listed
• 1 to 3 years exeprience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with equipment repair
• Class A License
• Clean DMV

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive rate baased upon expereince from $25.00 to $45.00 per hour, along with holiday pay.
