Our company is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer (Optional Skid Steer-Mini-Ex-Loader-Reachlift Equipment Operator skills earn higher pay) to join our team in San Juan Capistrano, CA on a large project site in-progress currently. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Site clean-up and maintenance.
• Some shovel work. 
• Site silt fencing and straw waddle repalcment. 
• Other tasks based upon experience and capabilites (pay to equal expereince)
• Equipment Operation if qualified (pay equal to experience) Skid Steer, Loader, Mini-Ex, Reachlift. 

Required Skills:

• One year minimum commerical or industrial construction jobsite experience.
• Understanding of construction site safety and PPE. 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in equipment operation 3 to 5 years (pay equal to experience) Skid Steer, Loader, Mini-Ex, Reachlift.
• Experience in vechile and equipment maintenance (pay equal to experience).
• Class A CA License in good standing (pay equal to experience).
• Clean CA DMV. 

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate from $25.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience.
