Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System.

Additional Details:

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

No medical marijuana cards accepted.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: MS/Tele, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Oncology, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Isolation Precautions/PPE

Preferred Skills/Experience: Telemetry Oncology, Accessing/Managing Ports, PCA, Administration of chemotherapy, Monitoring Chemotherapy

Special Requests: BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend REQ: 2 shifts every other weekend. For day shift it is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. For night shift it can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday -depends on who already is on rotation

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
