Summary/Objective

Rabine America Maintenance is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our pavement maintenance crew in concrete and/or asphalt projects. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills to ensure project success.

Skills / Responsibilities

1. Lead and direct crew, equipment, and resources efficiently.
2. Communicate with key personnel to report project issues.
3. Organize daily activities to keep projects on time and on budget.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 1+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Class A, B, or C CDL preferred.

Benefits
