Civil Construction Services (CCS), based in Plainfield, IL, is seeking two experienced, non-union Sewer and Water Laborers or Plumbers to join our hardworking team. We specialize in residential sewer and water hook-ups for both single-family and multi-family homes, partnering with one of the region’s most reputable builders.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with sewer and water hook-ups for new residential construction sites.
• Work efficiently on-site in the Plainfield / Joliet area.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Support the crew with material handling, trenching, and clean-up.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sewer & water connections or experience in the plumbing industry
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License required.
• CDL preferred but not required (helpful for material pickup using company vehicles).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mentality.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
