Responsibilities

- CNC Programming & Technical Support

- New Product Review & Cost Estimation

- Drawing Management

- Equipment & CAPEX Management

- Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement

- Quality Issue Support

- CI (Customer Confidential Information) & IP (Intellectual Property) Control

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field- Minimum 5 years of experience in machining or manufacturing engineering, including MCT operation- Strong proficiency in CNC programming such as Mastercam or Equivalent. and CNC Machining Processes- Solid understanding of cutting tools, fixtures, jigs, and process optimization- Experience in NPI, drawing control, and engineering change management- Business-level English & Korean communication (Verbal, Written, Reading)

- Preferred experience leading engineering projects or equipment validation activities- Preferred exposure to CAPEX planning and equipment specification review- Preferred strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
