Speech - Language Pathologist ( SLP ) – PRN

Location: Harrogate Life Care Community – Lakewood, NJ

Harrogate, a Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis to support our Rehabilitation Therapy department. You will assess and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders, promoting safe and effective function for daily living.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans and goals
• Educate residents, caregivers, and family members on therapy techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care
• Document all services accurately and timely
• Participate in case conferences as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current NJ SLP license
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred

Schedule

• PRN – Day shifts available (8-hour shifts)
