Your Core Responsibilities

As a Field Supervisor, you will be essential to our operational successby:

• Taining &Supervision: Train, support, and supervise work crews to ensure adherencee to best practices.
• Job Coordination: Plan and coordinate job schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Operational Standards: Establsh and maintain high operational and safety standards across all projects.
• Customer Communications: Serve as a key communication link, professionally engaging with cutomers to ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in construction and leadership:

• Experience: 5+ years of general construction, commercial construction, or related experience with concrete or masonry.
• Leadership: 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in construction management.
• Communication: Professioal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Licensing: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL- B)
