Junior Project Manager

Immediate Opening — Full-Time Position

About the Role

Mammoth Constructors, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

You’ll work closely with our Project Management Team to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of assigned projects, including scheduling, job costing, procurement, and production tracking.
• Conduct site walks, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
• Review and interpret FDOT construction plans and project scopes of work.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain all required project documentation and reports.
• Set up and maintain field job books, coordinate rental equipment and supplier accounts.
• Request and manage utility locates and ensure timely responses.
• Promote and enforce company-wide safety standards and compliance.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Perform data entry and document management using Microsoft Office and Adobe platforms.
• Take initiative to support the Project Management Team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License required; Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and general computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with construction safety procedures and FDOT project documentation preferred.
• Prior project management or construction management experience is a plus.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Some after-hours availability may be required based on project needs.)
