PLM Senior Business Analyst - Devex

We have a current opportunity for a PLM Senior Business Analyst - Devex on a contract basis. With deep Food and Beverage PLM transformation experience, particularly implementing Trace One Devex PLM, the analyst will develop business requirements, lead applications requirements sessions, deliver requirements documentation, use cases, end-user documentation, develop test plans, test execution, and coordinate production roll-out activities. The Business Analyst will guide organization in delivering against the transformation projects goals and guiding principles.Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:* Lead efforts to define the end-state vision for the Devex Trace One PLM system in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders * Brings food & beverage / CPG domain knowledge (formulation, labeling, compliance, regulatory, specifications) to drive industry standard solutions through the Devex Trace One solution. * Engaged and bring experience to inform Key Design Decisions on the requirements for the Devex Trace One Design. * Provide expertise on food & beverage-specific PLM processes (formulation, nutrition, allergens, regulatory compliance, labeling, packaging, and artwork management). * Support data migration strategy and validation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of specifications and product data. * Partner with R D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align Trace One configuration with business requirements. * Act as SME for Devex Trace One capabilities, advising on best practices and system configuration trade-offs. * Collaborates with the various departments, demonstrating the ability to articulate the functions of software and how each supports the end users * Facilitates regular meetings with the business stakeholders in functional areas to gather and review requirements * Supports and articulates business rules required for data accuracy and consistency * Identifies and resolves data quality issues* Translates business needs into use cases, user stories, and process flows that align with the PLM implementation strategy* Reviews and validates functional specifications provided by the vendor, ensuring alignment with internal business requirements and objectives* Supports creation of test scenarios, test cases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.* Collaborate closely with the PLM vendor to ensure system configuration aligns with defined business use cases.* Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization efforts. * Builds relationships with end users, technical staff and managementThe above declarations are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the essential functions of the job described. Rather, they are intended only todescribe the general nature of the job and its requirements* Demonstrates an aptitude for understanding the business environment and translating business requirements to technical solutions by developing solutions to meet customer requirements and deliver value * Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail, as well as perform duties under minimal supervision * Ensures the satisfactory completion of critical work and/or projects * Regularly provides updates and reports on issues * Ensures that system proposals are fully analyzed and evaluated * Collaborates with Continuous Improvement team to document processes to support application deployment * Exercises a high degree of judgment in matters related to corporate compliance and risk mitigationQualification Requirements: * 8-10 years of PLM experience overall, with direct Devex Trace One implementation experience required. * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university * Strong knowledge of regulatory, labeling, specification, formulation, and compliance requirements in Food & Beverage industries. * Demonstrated experience in business process and requirements documentation, analysis, design, system construction, testing, training, communication planning and deployment * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain business/technical documentation, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills * Must have experience facilitating Requirements Discovery sessions with end users * Must have strong experience with requirement elicitation techniques, writing use cases, user stories, business process modeling, and functional specifications * Hands-on experience with data migration and validation in PLM transformations * Experience collaborating with integration vendors/partners on Trace One implementation* SAP S4/HANA and PLM integration experience preferred
