Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers/superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
• Review and approve submittals, change orders, and architectural designs
• Provide support in construction management, engineering, and installation processes

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction 
• Strong knowledge of submittals, change orders, and architectural design
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Procore, Bluebeam, BOX, Construction Management Software
• Background in Project Management/Site Management for Construction 
• Knowledge of business development, consulting, and negotiation
• Experience in employee development and quality control

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a company truck, bonuses, vacation leave, sick leave, and holiday pay.
