Position Summary:

We are seeking a transformative and visionary leader to serve as the Director, SAP S/4HANA Transformation . In this enterprise-critical role, you will lead the strategic design, governance, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution across core business domains, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Warehousing.

This role demands a seasoned leader with deep SAP expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of driving large-scale ERP transformations. You will be accountable for delivering an integrated, value-driven SAP S/4 Public Cloud platform that aligns with the company’s long-term growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the SAP S/4HANA transformation strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the company’s transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
  • Establish governance frameworks for solution lifecycle, enhancements, and release management.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on SAP capabilities and digital enablement roadmaps.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing evolution of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across all business units.
  • Serve as the business-facing leader during ERP rollouts and subsequent support phases.
  • Drive harmonization and standardization of business processes by leveraging SAP best practices.
  • Partner with functional leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing to define and prioritize business requirements.
  • Translate strategic goals into system capabilities and integrated business solutions.
  • Align IT and business roadmaps to ensure scalable, future-ready SAP investments.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to monitor SAP system performance, adoption, and business impact.
  • Champion continuous improvement and user enablement through change management, training, and ongoing support.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to promote business ownership and high adoption of SAP-enabled processes.
  • Identify emerging SAP technologies and innovations to create competitive advantages.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
  • Manage third-party System Integrator (SI) partnerships and ensure project success within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams engaged in SAP transformation work, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in SAP solution delivery, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations across manufacturing and supply chain-intensive organizations.
  • Deep functional knowledge in SAP modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integrations, data migration strategies, and cloud-based architecture.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and SAP technical execution.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
  • SAP certifications or formal training in SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, or SAP CoE methodologies are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Salary range: $140,000 - $185,000 (bonus eligible)
