Team Development Days

Our annual team development day consists of closing down the office for one day to focus on our teams' and patients' needs. It ranges from customer service to how to have radically candid conversations with team members. We spend a half day working on our development and a half day doing a fun activity!

North Asheville Tailgate Market

The North Asheville Tailgate Market (or NATM) is one of Asheville's best tailgate farmers market. Because we are a sponsor for this amazing market that supports local farmers and artists, we are able to set up a booth there 3 times a year. During this time we're meeting our community, signing new and existing patients up, performing minor adjustments, and cleaning glasses.

Asheville Tourists

Usually once or twice a summer, we'll take the whole team and a plus one to Asheville's minor league baseball team, the Asheville Tourists. It's a fun time to unwind with a hot dog and beer!
