Parkville Management is a neighborhood real-estate development and management company, owned and operated by long-time Hartford locals, creating spaces and places in which the Greater Hartford community can not only live, but thrive.

Our Story
Whether you know us as Westside Property Management or Parkville Management, our aim has always been to provide the Hartford community with beautiful, safe, and inclusive spaces to live, work, and play.
Parkville Management was originally established as Westside Property Management in 1989, with select residential properties in Hartford, Cromwell, West Hartford and Wethersfield. Over the last 30+ years, the company moved into commercial and mixed-use spaces and now owns over 1M square feet of residential and commercial properties, with a majority of its holdings in the Parkville neighborhood. This includes Pope Commons, Whitney Manufacturing, and the newly opened Parkville Market—Connecticut’s first food hall.
