"Over 60% of the U.S. population is employed and spends a significant part of their day at the workplace, making it a crucial environment to foster health and wellbeing. Although the benefits of workforce wellbeing programs are well-established, many organizations have limited time and resources to enact evidence-based interventions and make meaningful impacts. To address this issue, the International SOS Health Consulting team has developed a novel assessment approach to identify and target specific areas for interventions. The results of the assessment are analyzed and interpreted by industry experts and summarized into a dashboard report with scores for eight core elements of workforce wellbeing.
